where can I get cymbals and hardware for my Drum Set?
I have a drum set from a friend that only has 2 cymbals but I want more added. I know I can get cymbals but where can I get the hardware to hold the cymbals? Can someone give me the cite and the link to where I can get both. Thanks for all your help.
I find ebay is the best way to go with cymbals. I allways seem to get amazing deals with cymbals on ebay - such as a set of Sabian Aax's for £250. Don't let them being second hand put you off - Second hand is the best with cymbals, unless your a millionaire.

What Product Should I Clean My Drum Cymbals with?
I know that i shouldn't touch my cymbals and am aware of Corrosion.
But yeah, i need something to clean my Cymbals with because i swear its mold growing on the back of one of my Crash Cymbals.
The best result is with an anti-corrosion liquid, but also try to clean your instruments on a daily basis.
Do not use metal polish for cleaning the cymbols as it will take off the dirt but will take some off the coating and some metal, too... http://home.mnet-online.de/cymbalism/cymbalism/cymbals/maintenance.html
{{There are 2 other methods I've heard of: (note: I dont recall weteher on not there were downsides to either of these methods)
1. Brasso (available at a local hardware shop) Apply it with a plastic bag so as not to waste any in a towel. Then let it dry completely before wiping it off with a dry towel.
2. Barkeeper's Friend (aka. BKF) (also from a hardware shop) Sprinkle powder on dry then rub it around the grooves of the cymbal with a damp rag. Then rinse it with HOT water, let it drip for 15 seconds and then dry it immediately.
I havent personally seen these used on cymbals, I just got the ideas from another message board, but I have seen BKF work on other surfaces and it does a great job..........}}
